Rp7 valve issue

Hi everyone. I'm looking for advice. I have an old DigiTech rp7 valve that doesn't seem to be getting any input signal. I can hear it cycling through patches through my mixer, but no input (even on the tuner seeing). So far I've replaced the tube, checked for popped capacitors (none), checked the input port for loose connection, and replaced the battery. One other odd thing, the clipping light is always on. Any suggestions for getting this thing back working?
Thanks!

The clipping light is always on, even with no in put? You almost certainly have a blown IC chip in there somewhere. Probably not fixable outside the factory (and I doubt they'd fix something that old.)

That's what I was afraid of. Thanks or the input!
