Shure SM58. It's the classic choice for loud rock vocals. I'd go for the original SM58 not the Beta58 but you can easily find both and compare. It's always good to try before you buy.

i've seen a few singers struggle with the SM58 Beta - try a different mic as well to eliminate that as the source of the issue
