Win7 and an Intel I7 is a great place to go... although you don't need the "best" I7.... either a socket 1366 Gigabyte mobo with an I7 920 or a Socket 1156 Gigabyte MOBO with an I7 860 will be great and not all that expensive computer builds... and you'll definitely have a "Top-of-the-line" computer than can handle pretty much anything
