help with acoustic measurement

Hello friends, I have recently conditioned a room in my house as a control room for mixing purpose with the following measures:

2.90 wide
2.92 depth
and the ceiling goes diagonally and goes from 2.35 to 2.00 meters

Unfortunately the speakers are located on the highest wall of the room and not vice versa, because on the shorter wall I have a window and a door.

I have the Adam a7x + Adam sub 8 and I have made seven acoustic measurements of the place from the listening point only.
first I measure the left speaker alone, then the right speaker alone, then the sub alone, then the left speaker + sub, then the right speaker + sub and finally all three together.

I attach the screenshots of the measurements, RT60 Top and the waterfall below

I need help to interpret these measurements and to know where to start to work on the acoustics of the room. I'll be very greatful
