The King has treated me well with customer service. Sometimes I have to return things even months after I have had it here. They gave me no problems with the returns.

My beef with the King is that they don't keep gear in stock. Almost everything now is shipped from the manufacturer--sometimes with attendant delays.
Other gear is a "special order item" with no returns. That is different from prior years when it was kept in stock.

Economizing by not stocking gear is more and more common now. But from a top end dealer like the King used to be, it is a disservice to the customer.
