My sleep isn't to great, possibly due to the abundance of caffeine I consume during the day (drinking coffee as I type this) I am always sleepy until I finish work and then suddenly... I am wide awake until 1-2am leaving me with around 5-6 hours sleep a night.

Any tips? (apart from laying off the caffeine, which I am going to try)
