Whenever I have a problem with a unit, I call and email, and usually there are several numbers and several emails for a company this size. I always get a quick response. And yes I have communicated with Slate before.

Seems a bit premature to start a thread here. Also they just launched a huge product upgrade and change so they are probably super inundated with emails. Just hit them again.
Just by sending a support request ticket thru the website.

I guess I'll call them on Monday.

Yea they're probably very busy with the new everything all access pass stuff
