I agree with you guys. On the other hand, I'm surprised by how many producers and engineers that come through my studio and don't know what a cloudlifter is. At this point "everyone's doing it", might as well! Like I said in my first post, if this is somehow magically better than a cloudlifter then I'll sell mine and get some of these. I've always been a big fan of Royer, but I really doubt this is going to be any different than a cloudlifter. Paired with a good preamp, I've never had noise or distortion issues with a cloudlifter.

No doubt this is a great product and will do the job, but I doubt it's going to be any different than the other products on the market. I'll happily be willing to be proven wrong with some comparisons though!
