Lives for gear

The first thing I do: I read 10 pages of a novel book.
It requires me just 15/20 minutes with some approximation, having a relaxing pace.

for some reasons:
1)I'm too sleepy to read before going to bed (and have no time during the day)
2)It forces my mind to concentrate, so when it's done, I feel fresh/ready and unsleepy.
3)I start the day doing a small hobby, I feel relaxed. We live in fast paced society. I want to go slow as the first thing in the morning, I don't worry if I'm getting up 15 minutes before.
