All good feedback so far...

- Limit caffeine
- Kill sugar/bad carbs, replace with protein and healthy fats
- Exercise fixes tons of issues. Even two minutes of air squats or any other bodyweight exercise will wake you up
- Get the best sleep you can. Start a routine to wind down before bedtime, make sure your bedroom is as dark as possible, and make sure it's a comfortable temperature.
