would it be too difficult for your policy to state that customers
are entitled to a full refund if they request one within 14 days of purchase and
the product does not have a trial? Because right now your official

It only says you
can evaluate a request thus it is up to you to accept or decline. Not the
same as a guaranteed refund.

By the same token all of gearslutz members can request from me a million
dollars and i can evaluate their request lol
