I can only find "Usable Frequency Response" and that can mean anything. -10dB is also usable.
PMC's also rely on a transmission line, that can boost the low end output significantly, but at the cost of group delay.

So even though I doubt the PMC can deliver clean usable output at 33Hz, it is at least possible.

The Audiofilia concept (mechanical oscillation to generate a “hybrid waveguide” of pneumatic nature) is pure pseudoscientific BS.
