Everyone has been saying the correct things, but just to be clear, "100% wet" means 0% original dry signal. If you use a reverb plugin after your instrument and you set it to 100% wet, you won't be hearing any of the original signal (only the reverberations).

This setting is often useless if you set up a reverb as per above, but very useful if you are bussing to a reverb, where the dry signal is still coming from the original track, and where you can use the reverb track fader to adjust the total amount of reverb sound.
