Software Eatsleepdrums - Synthpop drum sample pack for Trigger (all 24bit WAV Files Included)

Hi Everyone,

I'm delighted to announce my latest sample pack for Trigger - Synthpop (Also including all 24 bit WAV files) This pack has come about thanks to a conversation I had with one of my long standing customers who felt that there was a need for a sample pack that provided that 80's styled synthpop drumsound, but was also versatile enough to be used across a variety of production styles. So here it is!

The pack not only includes multi velocity layered close mic'ed drums and live overhead samples but also includes a range of specially created one shot samples and reverb prints from famous reverb units that are used for this kind of drumsound, helping to give the user plenty of control over the final sound.

A set of low tuned 'regular' toms are included and as a bonus I re-processed my Rototoms pack and created a reverb print to go along with it - Now you have the option of going all out with the 80's vibe.

Microphone List Includes:

Kick Drum:

Kick Inside - RE-20
Overheads - Neumann U87
Reverb Print
One Shot Sample Layer

Snare Drum:

Snare Top - Sennheiser MD421
Overheads - AKG C414
Reverb Print 1
Reverb Print 2
One Shot Layer 1
One Shot Layer 2 (Dry Snare)
One Shot Layer 3 (Wet Snare)

Low Tuned Rack and Floor Toms:

Close - Sennheiser MD421
Overheads - Neumann U87
Reverb Print

Rototoms:

Close - Neumann U87
Reverb Print

The natural kick drum samples (Ludwig classic maple 22x16) features 6 velocity layers with 9 samples per layer.
The natural snare drum (Ludwig Supraphonic 14x5 1960’s brass shell) samples features 7 velocity layers with 9 samples per layer.
The natural toms (Ludwig Classic Maple 13x10 and 16x16) samples features 5 velocity layers with 9 samples per layer.
The rototoms samples features 5 velocity layers with 9 samples per layer.

Please check out the product page HERE to hear some further audio examples which really show off the versatility of the pack.

As always, if anyone has any questions or comments i'm very responsive getting back to people. Thanks for your continued support!

Mark.

Brilliant Mark, they look like (sound like?) a load of fun to use! Again, the quality of your samples is just outstanding. This is definitely something different, but something different is sometimes what I need to inspire me, otherwise I end up churning out the same old rubbish all the time!

Hey Jason,

Thanks so much for the kind words. Yeah it's a slight departure from the previous sample libraries but people seem to be needing a pack like this in their productions and being a child of the 80's i'm more than happy to oblige haha.

Cheers,
Mark.
