Lemo lav to xlr?

I have a Sennheiser MKE 2 that has a 3-pin Lemo connector. This is, apparently, to connect it to wildly expensive wireless transmitters. I would like to plug this into an audio interface and use its phantom power. Don't need wireless, but do need a lav.
I saw some threads referencing some adapters (Canford) but it seemed the jury was still out if they would convert to the correct voltage from the phantom power source.
Anybody making this work? (I can't solder)

I use the Ambient EMP with my lavs. Works perfectly every time.

Canford is a bit less expensive.

Got the EMP from b+h, works like a charm, thanks. Saw the Canford as well, thank you.
Thanks guys, they really don't just come out and tell you much on sennheiser's website. Gearslutz was the only place I could find where anyone was discussing this stuff.
