Recording strings quartet, not invasive micing, for live concert. . Condenser Microphones

I will be interesting to hear how the Faulkner array performs this close up. It was originally meant to compensate for loss of direct sound at an extreme distance. I have also never heard the pelusos, so if you can single out those two mics in an example, that would be fantastic.

Giacomo, hey, pretty good! Tell us exactly how you did this one. Is this the 10 August setup? Did you time align the mics? How did you handle them with the ambient track?

Really ? For me is horrible. Bad musician and bad music also. Yes is 10 august setup. Thank you. ;-) Not time aligne, but very equalizer, subtract 5000 khz and 12.000.
