My Promo Ad...Which Looks Better?

I have two promo ads for a 1 week promo i'm running on my site SoundClick artist: Desmond A Music Productions - page with MP3 music downloads. I was wondering which one looked better to you all and could be most effective.

By the way the track "Show Stopper" was mixed by Gear Slutz's own Chris Carter. Bass on "Hold Up Baby" by "Methlab."

first one looks better.

try to stick with one logo etc for your stuff, you don't want to confuse people about your ''corporate'' identity.

I liked the first one too. The thumbnail reminded me of an opening credit to an old NES (nintendo) game, which imo is great!! Then when I looked a it more closely; very well done
