Hire him to do the track and you are set.

You gotta spring for the 40 preset bundle...search for it at guitar center online...they usually always have it...

Oh mann... Cant believe to read this. You cant get the noah 40 sounds with hypersonic 2. You should have known that better homie. You need to a have a hardware synth like a moogvoyager run through a tape recorder (you need the 90min cassettes for this) and recorded into pro tools hd. Thats pretty mich the only wayto get that type of sounds!

Because I love his sound and sounding like him will make me a very good producer ( a lot better than the majority people on this site).

also THANK YOU I'm going to try that

Okay, just saw his other post about his drum kit. Look, copying another producers sound to a tee, isn't going to make you a great producer. Try using his techniques but add some of your own flare

Calling people a waste of life, especially via the Internet, sounds like a good way to spend your time.

I'm going to try and mix my style into it. but first I have to make some 40' beats and master the art of the underwater sounding drums.

I personally think it's a waste of time to copy some1s style..in particular his.

Get some boring synths 808 drums repeat the same drum pattern on all your tracks and throw a lowpass filter on the master during hooks. Then get a rapper who can't sing (prefer one who used to act) and make him sing with a bunch of autotune even tho it still sucks.

U do U brotha! I did the same with Timbaland style and learned LOTS!
I developed into my own style..
Make sure u research the responsibilities of a record producer.
There's a big difference between a record producer and beatmaker..
Be humble and u'll go far!
Good luck

They sound "underwater" or muffled because there's a heavy lpf on it like everyone's been saying. There's no art to it, you just apply the filter and adjust the freq until its muffled enough for you. If that's the sound that inspires you, go for it, to each his own, but I personally don't see anything great about his production that warrants spending time studying/analyzing it. Everyone's got different tastes though so do whatever works for you.

I dont use FL or vsts so I couldnt tell you in that format. Read the manual or ask on the FL forums.

Though if you know how to use the EQ, you could accomplish the same thing just by lowering all the high freq to a certain point.
