WHO IS "QUIS" and how to I achieve this vocal sound?

There's this hook artist named "Quis" all over these beats and you can't find a scrap of info on the guy on the internet. If i were him I would be putting out some music. Maybe he is just under a different name IDK. Anways check this beat out with a hook he did.

R&B/Street Rap Beat w/HOOK ft Quis *LIVIN THE LIFE* (ROCKITPRO.COM) - YouTube

What is he doing with the vocals when he accents the words like "bottles" "top models" "dollas" "Money aint a problem" "im livin it im livin it im certified gettin it" "yeah"

I contacted ninediamondbeats, which he appears on frequently and he said that he uses "multiple layers and melodyne" theres obviously more to it than that and i've been trying to achieve this for quite sometime. its almost robotish sounding...
anyone able to get this sound?
-thanks

Sounds like he harmonizes those words. Is that what you are talking about?

Ya he is most likely recording doubles or just copy and pasting doubles. Then using melodyne to shift the doubles to the appropriate pitch to harmonize with the lead.

The real secret is a great vocalist. Good signers can harmonize themselves by just recording another double. It sounds sooo much smoother and natural!
