yeah i liked the overall thing...they interviewed me for like 2 hours..am guessing they did the others, and i said so much i wish was aired haha, makes me wonder what the others said that was edited..
was privileged to be the "upcommer"..and they used my records for most the beds on this...

good on you sermstyle!

i've got major UK/US management and a publisher (the same as Al Shux actually) and you've still had a ****load more cuts/placements than me by the sounds of it... hehe

just goes to show that you don't need all that to get ahead in the production game!

P.S had no idea that alex da kid did 'massive attack'... respect

+1 it's purely networking and opportunity. Having a manager doesn't hurt.

BTW good luck on this. I listen to the whole thing. I was pretty inspired!

yeah... if it's a case of sending unsolicited beats to people then it's sheer luck

when management/publishers are involved there's more logic to it... but then you need a bit of luck to get in with those!

i think luck can be created though...if your working hard and taking advantage of more opportunities i think odds are better for you..

right place right time i guess though..your first meet could change everything..it could be your 25th meeting lol...

yes sure, you've got to be in it to win it!

i'm more in the pop singer-songwriter world tbh, beatmaking is a sideline interest that I have been thinking about taking more seriously, sending out stuff etc...

have this lad devlin coming round next week, should be a chance to get some bangers on the go lol
