interesting brainstorm: new vocals & high bpm trend/hit

Since The USA style RnB/pop/Urban/Rap is going to get much higher speed songs since 1-1,5 years in the Bilboards, I was wondering how the artists do deal what that new way of timing, intonal & EU style bpm speed?

Do they sing there vocals in the actual bpm of the song? Or at a more slower/lower bpm & the engineers/producers speed the vocals up later?

How are the nowdays options for speed vocals up? And how come there aren't any artifacts noticable?

Do they really sing at a 125-138 bpm dance style EU influences themselves?
While they not use to since Urban/pop is much slower.

Like to know your thought about this & knowledge.

Im guessing they sing to the actual tempo off the track as they do with any other track.
