Tried to sync up.

I know this is a boring repeating kinda post but..

Man.. I tried to follow each way.
read on this forum, read the manual, or even use my own instinct.

But my MPC wouldnt sync with my logic express 7.0
Tried bothways slave the MPC or slave the logic.
MTC or Midi Clock... it wont work..

Anyone would kindly to teach me a detailed step by step how to sync my 4000 to Logic Express 7.0?
I think i prefer using MPC as the master, and using logic tracks for acapellas, instruments inputs, or even vsts.
but never tried to think using the MPC as the slave.

What do you think guys?
