Jungle / Drum bass / Dub high bass sound

Any idea which synth was used to create this high bass sound? Also how i could i re-create this with a vst? I have heard this sound alot in 90s jungle. Peace

Says forbiden but, a Juno 106 and an Akai S series Sampler is my guess.
