Hi I've got one of these in my asr and yes it does work the downside is it works at the same speed as the floppy drive so tbh I save mostly to zip still because it's so much quicker.

If you have SCSI, I hear the SCSI2SD is the way to go.

I got the Lotharek sd floppy emulator. The upside of this is you can use a 4mb floppy image so you get a bit over 2x the usable space. I’m looking to get the scsi-> sd solution at some point. That said I’ve found that for the type of sampling I do 4mb is enough.

get external scsi2sd and internal USB emulator. Im plagued with using a real scsi PC cable to restore when I need to do anything like moving samples.
And so far its been a lot of locked SCSI2SD USB issues.

Would love to just boot up and format with the ASR10 a SCSI2SD.

Total commander and chicken systems both show the drive as locked when using USB.
But formatting with a SCSI cable so far works.

Did you have to use the "Motor On" jumper? I've tried the Drive 0 and Drive 1 options with no success. Once the N-Drive is installed it's a pain to get at the jumpers.
