Thank you for all your insight Ross. The story of Dio in an apron singing in the vocal booth with spaghetti sauce on himself was priceless and better than hearing about what amp was used on something. And, Thank you for your observations on other engineers. I couldn't agree with you more that there is no magic bullet or easy fix. Hard work, lots of listening and dedication to the craft is the key to success. Thanks for sharing yours!
