question for Steffi: Electro

Hi Steffi really great you're doing this Q&A.
you've been playing Electro tracks in your sets for a long time. And I found that Rosser track which is as "electro" as can be.
Any favorites?
What makes something a good Electro track for you? Does it have to be raw? Or something else?
Do you have any plans for the future to make Electro inspired music?

hey,
needless to say i am a massive electro fan ha! :-)

a lot of my early dj sets were straight up electro actually. even though electro its not as big as house and techno, it still is such a diverse genre where you can listen to vmax type of fast rough dry detroit electro or the more deep, dreamy melodic stuff like E.R.P. for example Drexciya and all drexciya related projects are also so diverse within its own genre so for me its really hard to say which ingredient makes the perfect electro track or if it needs to be rough or smooth.

i have done several electro tracks lately. on my second album there are much more electro influences compared to my first album. i have teamed up with dexter again and we finished a new ep for our label klakson. thats a very electro oriented so there is definitely more of that in the pipeline!

Ah ok thanks!
Hope you don't mind a little followup question:
can you tell more on what gear you used on that album Power of Anonymity and how that came about?
