Polymetric sequencers

Hey, Richard. Are you aware of any good polymetric sequencers that can be used as plugins in Logic? I'm in love with the clever design of the Tiptop Audio Trigger Riot but I'm not quite ready to jump on the Eurorack synth bandwagon. Audionomy's DM2 for iOS also looks amazing but I'm hoping there's a great Mac plugin out there with a similar polymetric sequencer.

Hi thanks for the message, here are some suggestions that might be options for polymetric sequenceing in the form of plug-ins you can run in logic.

1. Reaktor 5/6 in VST mode running, Euclidean Polyplexor instrument- https://www.native-instruments.com/e...try/show/9285/

Very cool updated to run on R6

2. Another Reaktor instrument you can run in VST/AU mode - https://www.native-instruments.com/e...try/show/7367/

Euclidean Sequencer, super cool to use this to sequence other virtual instruments.

3. Five12’s Numerology does both generative/Euclidean/polymetric sequencing, incredible environment and you can run your patches as a AU/VST plug-in in logic. I worked with Jim Coker on the internal factory sounds for version 4 Pro. You will probably get the best results with this, being closer to the Trigger Riot.

4. Finally if you haven’t tried this one out, its really cool “Thesys by SugarBytes:

You can get some super organic wild results with this one. :-)

Those all look really cool and I hadn't found any of them yet in my searching so thank you! Numerology and Thesys in particular look pretty perfect for what I had in mind!
