Did you strive to create your signature sound and obtain instruments to achieve that vision or did you get instruments you love and your sound came from that?

You use a lot of the same gear between your video's to great effect and so far have not strayed from them.

I definitely have a certain sound in my head, and that ensures me to buy certain gear (or not). I do a lot of researche before i buy an instrument. So I hope I know what I buy and whether it suits my music.

But of course I also want to be pleasantly surprised by the instrument, and make unexpected sounds with it. In the end your taste will only allow sounds to fit you i hope :-). I trust on that.

The gear that really fit my taste:
korg ms10 (simple but always effective sound)
Trautonium (great tool to integrate my classical music taste)
Oberheim DX (that snare sound is so nice!)
and the minimoog of course (that's so organic, it surprises me every day)

I use this on a lot of tracks indeed.
