Seems like DSP is going to replace passive crossovers pretty much everywhere...

My question is, in etups with your new subwoofers, the connection between subwoofer and satellites is digital or analog? I count at least 3 total dsp in a 2.1 setup, how does your system works? can it be full digital from the computer? that would be great, in any case, I was just curious about the connection options nad subwoofer rear panel, as it is not shown in HEDD website.

Can your sub be used with other regular analog monitors? if yes, do you do a delay on the satelites analog outputs to compensate for the subwoofer DSP delay?

Thanks a lot!!!

Hi! The subs can fed both analog and digital via AES. From the sub you can feed the satellites via Analog out (which makes it possible to use the Satellite-offset and Lineariser-functions) or AES as well. Yes, the subs are compatible with every monitor out there. But a phase-linearized sub/sat system will only be possible with the MK2 monitors in place. The speaker conversion in the MK2 is very good.
