Working with experienced vs less experienced artists.

Hi Che,
I really enjoyed your UAD session. Loved the character you went after. Great work there!
Through your career you have been involved with some of the biggest names in the industry but also with less known artists. What would be the difference in approach while working with a very experienced artist vs a younger/less experienced artist?
Thanks!

The number one thing is patience. A very experienced artist is far more efficient. They're seasoned. Even when they're trying to figure out what they're doing, they still know what they want generally.

One of the things that is infectious with a new artist is their excitement and that spark, that anxiety, that ambition. I love that open-mindedness when working with new artists.

The general consensus is just that I love working with artists that inspire me. Period. Seasoned, or new.
