Didn't the 480L come out in the mid to late 80's? If this photo was taken during the Thriller sessions then that's probably an original Lexicon 224 controller.

I couldn't help noticing two other things that clearly define this as a "vintage" shot: Splicing tape and an ashtray!heh heh

i wonder how much all this gear would be if you bought it all today?

What is with the ash tray ontop of the GML? Was there smoking going on in the studio?

The 480l wasn't around until 1986, this ought to be a 224.

I see some (gear) slutty gear - nothing out of the ordinary, nor is there a lot of it either - that says something to me.

mmm... I don't think so... I have 2 original 224 in front of me, and the LARC is diferent, maybe its a 224XL or a 300?

Anyway, GREAT PICTURE!!!!!!
