Reason and Microbrute

Hi,

I am trying to use my Microbrute via its USB midi to control synths in Reason.
Also to sequence the MB from Reason.

Regardless of what I select from the options in the Preferences (Microbrute, micro brute midi interface, iac driver bus 1) Reason does not recognise any midi played from the MB.
I have set up an external instrument and experimented with the same options as in the Preferences and nothing. Likewise if I select a Europa instrument and play the MB's keys - nothing.
My MB midi control software and os are up to date and it works in Live, though I find that DAWs handling of it clunky.
I know the MB has midi out over USB as well as in so can anyone advise why it and Reason are not playing once - or at all?

Thanks

Bar.

Hello Bar!

It sounds like you there's some additional setting up you need to do. Like MIDI sync and such. I'd recommend that you get in touch with our support team who can help you dig deeper into what you need to set up to get this working the way you want it to.

You can reach support here: Propellerhead Software
