Bounce File Sounds "Grainy."

Not sure if its Reason or the actual platform you upload to (SoundCloud).

But once I upload my file to SoundCloud, it sounds a little "grainy." Me thinking it could be SoundCloud, because it sounds fine after I bounce the file down to my desktop.

The other part of me feel its my file because other songs on SoundCloud don't have that same "grainy" sound.

Anyone else experienced this or have any suggestions?

SoundCloud uses a lossy codec called Opus. You may be hearing degradation simply due to the platform. I'm sure someone else can say more.

If your exported file sounds good, and the soundcloud upload sounds different, I would definitely say that what you're hearing (on SC) is due to soundcloud's compression and encoding.
