Hardware Korg microARRANGER

Turn one simple idea into a complete song with the new Korg microARRANGER, a compact backing keyboard designed to help composers create full arrangements on the fly.

Joining Korg's line of "micro" keyboard instruments, the microARRANGER -- based on Korg's Pa50SD Professional Arranger -- can create a full backing arrangement in real-time, based on the composer's selected musical Style, tempo, chord changes, and voice leading. More than 300 Styles are included, providing a complete composing environment that includes intros, breaks, fills, endings, and four variations for a realistic performance. Each Style also includes four preset instrument selections.

Compositions can be recorded in a variety of ways, Korg says. The internal recorder features step, real-time and workstation modes, allowing both the accomplished player and the non-keyboardist alike to create and save his or her own song with a rich backing arrangement. With the microARRANGER, you can create anything from a simple drum and bass groove to a jazz quartet or a full R&B rhythm section. Full editing tools are included to polish any performance, and songs can be saved on a convenient SD / SDHC card.

The microARRANGER features over 650 professionally-created sounds, 4 studio-quality stereo effects processors, and 89 Effect Programs.

Micro in name and in size, the microARRANGER is compact, lightweight, and portable. The Natural Touch keyboard features 61 velocity-sensitive mini-keys proportioned for comfortable playing. A stereo speaker system is built right in for sharing the microARRANGER's sound, or headphones can be used for private practice.
