New product line from API!
Hey, check out the thread in New Products....

API want some of that project studio $$$.

New product line called Arsenal Audio (arsenalaudio.com)

Nice looking stuff.... 500 series.... 2 space rack gear as well.

Ad in new Mix Mag.

Uh, nice splash page with no info......seems strange to have this info when nobody else does.......and there's no info on the page.........

There was no mention of a new company when I was at the API headquarters last week. Seems like they would have shown me something, or mentioned it. It's entirely possible this is legit.. But, I'm filing this under "looking for publicity" until I hear back from my contacts at API.

????, why would they change the name if its API....if you told me API is selling a 500 pre for 350.00 id be all over it, no need to name change for cheaper products...
either way that would be pretty dang awsome !!!!!

Well i can see why a big company would want to do this, it allows them to enter the low end market without 'cheapening' their high end line in the eyes of their existing customers.

Excellent. I've been wanting to replace my merely slamming gear with some slammin' gear.

Does API do all of their graphics work in MS Paint? I love the attention to detail on those stars. I bet the graphics artist billed double hours for that one!

The add in Mix has pics and says "by API"
Looks cool. Not as cool as API.

I was floored when I saw it because usually something new like this is over hyped here first by the pimps.

Looks like even the pimps are in the dark.

Is this really real? API does their domain registration thru "GoDaddy"? Oh well...the splash page does seem like a grade schooler did it with MS Word. Odd, as API has such a strong and serious 'brand'.
