so does MDE mono still gets a lot of use and love here? or everybody uses Unisum/TDR exclusively nowadays? considering picking it up while it's on sale

MDE has remained as my go-to mix bus compressor since I got it. I haven't needed anything else. It just works so well.

I demoed the 409 and the MDEs for a few days. I wanted to like the 409. I guess as a fast compressor it's ok but I have others for that duty. The sound of the 409 to me was not enough justify the prices and redundancy in what I have already. And, I was also eyeing the MDE bundle. I opted for the MDE bundle and will look at the 409 in the future. I also picked up Kush Silika so I feel I got some good new tools to work with for now.

What are the time constants for attack and release?
Sounds like the stereo version is a little bit slower to me...
