Does this thing have a preset browser or is it still being developed? I downloaded from here I believe https://relabdevelopment.com/product/vsr-s24/

Do I need to search for some special version?

You need to get the RC version. You can find it on the site.

Found it, thanks! indeed it is beautiful.

this verb is king, absolutely kills it. Never need another as far as I am concerned. It's a hog though.

Justin Case 2nd December 2019 06:19 PM

Any news on the v1.1.0 official release? My user account still shows v.1.0.3 as the latest version available.

Any ideas if it's an (paid) update or it's a new separate product?

Isn’t that picture of a new product being announced at Namm ?
It says VSR REV6000 doesn’t it??

Or are they rebranding the S24 with that name and we get it as a free update ?

Home Studio 87 11th January 2020 02:14 AM

rebranding the VSR S24 but a lot more... and free update.......kfhkh

elambo 11th January 2020 02:30 AM

And it's going to be surround now, and that update is free? That would be huge news indeed!

I got a new Rev6000 license deposited to my iLok already, along with VSR S24, so it looks like two separate products.

Perhaps they're soon going to change the name and don't want anyone to have downtime as iLok swaps names, so they've allowed you to keep the old asset until the new one goes active. My guess is that this is the case and that VSR 24 will eventually disappear from our accounts leaving us with Rev6000.

the 6000 is not likely a separate product because VSR24 already is their 6000 emulation.

To your iLok License Manager? Nothing here yet, but I don't have a dongle, only machine license.

temnov 12th January 2020 09:04 PM

Yes, it is in my iLok license manager, Mr. Case.

To elambo: as far as remember VSR S24 is just an emu of VSS4 algorithm. REV6000 might be a direct emulation of TC6000 with reverb modules only, probably just a stereo version with no dynamic modules.

I guess we will see in a week.

Stereo emulation of VSS6.1 algorithm. Also, it's visible on REV6000 GUI that includes 5.1 and 6.1 surround options. Very exciting update.

temnov 12th January 2020 10:45 PM

Oh, yes, 6.1, you’re correct!

I also curious what TC (Behringer) would say about Rev6000. It’s a lot of IP on the table to let it just go.

Justin Case 13th January 2020 01:59 PM

New info: Relab System 6000 Reverb Plugin

Not sure if it's going to be a free VSR S24 update.

Nothing new here either and I do use iLok dongles.

Justin Case 14th January 2020 01:56 AM

Maybe only subscribers got it?

That might explain it.
I own the Reverb Bundle.
