Pretty cool. Although I was just hoping it was a way to convert the library, rather than running the entire app, it still looks like a nice update.

From FXpansions website:

"BFD Converter allows owners of BFD to use sounds from Toontrack's Drumkit From Hell Superior and Custom & Vintage. The Converter software is a simple and easy-to-use utility which creates new BFD-format sounds from the Toontrack data installed on your hard disk. The converted Kit-Pieces will appear in BFD's Chooser Panels like any regular BFD Kit-Piece.
Using the converter is easy - you can choose to convert only certain kit pieces, or just hit the Convert All option!

The following Toontrack soundsets are supported:

* Drumkit From Hell Superior Drummer
* Drumkit From Hell Superior Cocktail
* Drumkit From Hell Superior Percussionist
* Custom & Vintage

At this time, Toontrack's EZ drummer and the forthcoming Superior Vintage add-on pack for Custom & Vintage are not supported, as these packs use Toontrack's proprietary data format.

Due to certain differences between the BFD format and Toontrack's formats, it is not possible to perform a 100% translation. Please make sure you read the BFD Converter manual which explains how the sounds will differ.

Note that you must own BFD and the Toontrack libraries in order to use this utility. No sounds are provided - BFD Converter simply converts the Toontrack sounds to BFD format."

Not the same thing as converting to .gog files and using directly in Drumagog.

You can use the midi out of Drumagog to trigger Toontrack products.

I realize that, but you need both to be running......which is kind of a waste or RAM, HD throughput and CPU power, when you could just make new .gog files.

Here for the gear

DFH with Pro tools.

hey i was wondering if anyone knew how to organize the midi notes with pro tools?
i separated the notes so i can edit the midi notes but the separated notes are grayed out notes and do not actually trigger drums from hell. and it sucks to try to edit the drums within a 4 octave little piano. does anyone know if pro tools has a midi drum map like nuendo does?
