Pro Tools 10 setup with Mackie MCU + 3 extenders/midi keyboard

I have Pro Tools 10 on my Mac. I followed the instructions for setting up my Mackie Universal Control Pro with 2 Extender Pros. So my initial setup in the Peripherals for the midi controllers is:
Port 1 = MCU v1
Port 2 = MCU v2
Port 3 = MCU v3
Port 4 = Oxygen49

I've had no problem with this setup. My Mackie mixers and M-Audio keyboard worked perfectly. So here's the question. I'm now trying to add one more Extender Pro. I'm not sure this is possible without losing some control of the keyboard because there's only 4 ports. So my setup option will look like this:
Port 1 = MCU v1
Port 2 = MCU v2
Port 3 = MCU v3
Port 4 = MCU v4

This means there is no option for the midi keyboard but is that really a problem? Do I need the M-Audio keyboard controller added in Peripherals to control an audio/midi instrument? Thanks for any answers!
