External fx-processor

Well, my first post. Can you slutheads tell me what external fx-processor I should buy?

Are there any ext. processors that I can integrate with full delay compensation on my DAW? Just want a really good reverb on one of my aux that wont put any strain on my computer.

I dont want Focusrite liquid or similar systems (duende etc, etc).

Thanks!

I've been researching this a bit myself. At $500, the Kurzweil Rumour seems to be getting a lot of satisfied commentary. It's next on my list.

I cant see any that anyone mention DAW integration when I read about this unit. Can I use spdif in/out to my soundcard for instance, like an aux send/return?

DAW integration has nothing to do with the FX unit. If your DAW allows for external FX, then it's possible. You can either use digital or analog connections. Your DAW may also be able to ping the loop and adjust for latency. (Cubase SX3 does this).
