SH 101 / DR55 / DR110 / DR202 set-up
Hi all,
I am new to gearslutz.

I have been making music with analogue equiment for a little while. I own an SH101 keyboard and 3 drum-machines: DR55, DR110 (in the process of being midi-retrofitted) and DR202 (only one which understands MIDI as-built).

I have been playing live, but only recently have I decided to incorporate the SH101's pre-recorded sequences into my live sets.

I am new to MIDI set-ups, and I'd need advice for the following:

- I would like to purchase some sort of sequencer, whether a software or hardware, that would allow me to store my SH101 patterns and control the keyboard live.

- I would like to link all 3 drum machines and the keyboard into a (MIDI?-) set-up. As far as I understand, I need to buy converters, MIDI to CV for the SH101 (i think Doepfer does cheap ones), but what about the DR55 (it can only be a master i believe)?

- Any advice on what I should do/purchase for my set-up is more than welcome.

Thanks to anybody who can help out!
