AMS-Neve 8803 vs Great River EQ-2NV

Curious if anyone has experience with either of these units. I have the API 5500 and am looking for an eq to complement it. The great river and the Neve 8803 are my choices. Any comments about either of these eq's are greatly appreciated.

They're both good, and they're both VERY different. Try them both and figure out which one will work for your applications best. Buy that one first, and the other one second.

Peace.

What Fletcher said is correct. I have both the 5500 and the EQ2 NV. I can't speak highly enough about the NV. The more I use it the more I've come to love and appreciate it's power. It really is a terrific and works great with the 5500. Get the EQ 2NV and then if you feel you need something additional get the 8803.

Just my 2 cents

Good Luck
