Band PA

Hey guys,
i just started with my band and we don't have all the equipment yet...

What would you recommend for a budget of about 150+/- Euros?

confoosed

1) this is a predominantly studio-based forum, not a 'live sound' forum

2) we don't know how many channels you need, whether you need something powered, whether you need monitor mixes etc...

We'll need more information, and even then, this is the wrong forum to be asking on really...

No worries, sorry if I seemed a little aggressive...

For €150 I'd recommend (dare I say it) something from Behringer. At this price, don't expect good sound and reliability.

Behringer Xenyx 1204FX would do the trick. Just make sure you don't overdrive the preamps (any flashing red light is bad on Behringers).

Make sure you keep it covered by something to stop dust falling inside when it's not in use, otherwise you'll end up with hideously noisy faders and knobs very quickly, which often can't be repaired on these Behringers...

Thanks
