what is the difference in these cables

We all know the canare l4e6s is a good mic cable. While i was looking for it i ran into these:

L4E6AT - foil shielded - so what is the advantage of being foil shielded, if any?

L4E5AT

is there a real difference? if so which one is better, and why is the l4E6s so good?

Foil shield is usually used for permanent installation, set it forget it applications. it's cheaper and offers better shielding than a braid but less durable. A braided shield is needed if the cable will be flexed and moved a lot, like frequent patching or a mic cable.
