Manley 8ch passive EQ ???

The Studio Sound review (NOV01) of theManley 16x2 mixer includes a comment that an 8 channel passive EQ is an upcoming Manley product. (It came up whien the reviewer was discussing the lack of EQ on the mixer.)

Was this just a comment by a defunct (if great) magazine that should be ignored, or is it in the works?

thanks.

Was that before the Massive Passive came out?

Hey, if there's an 8 channel passive EQ in the works can I put in a vote for a 2-channel? Might be great for tracking overheads, acoustic guitar and the mix buss. Just add a little more top or bottom when needed.

There is an "8 channel"... its 4x Massive Passives... there already is a 2 channel... it's 1x Massive Passive... however, if you're talking about a "2 band"... there already is one of those too... check out the Langevin "Dual Vocal Combo" [known by the hipsters of the pimping world as the "DVC"].
