Who ever told you about cold mixes? Ware did you hear that term? I would refer to those persons.
Or are you just playing the opposite game, meaning there are warm mixes, so there must be cold mixes. If that is it.

Sorry i cant help as i never hear the term cold mix

terms.......shiee

I think most people would decribe a mix with a slightly increased but not washed low/lowmid range and without harsh high freqencies as a 'warm' mix you can do a search for songs that doesn't have these characteristics.

peace

cold would be something recorded with a behringer interface

well I guess some will tell you that it's a cold mix if it's recorded with any interface and that a 'warm' mix can only produced by recording on tape ;)

peace
