Fender acoustic Pro 200w amp feedback

Hello,

I recently purchased a new Fender Acoustic Pro 200w Amp. I fitted my Martin HD28 with an L.R. Baggs Lyric internal microphone.

The amp feedback is uncontrollable.

I've tried phase reverse, rotating (and tilting) the amp, adjusting volume levels and nothing helps.

The high pitched whistle feedback is constant.

Finally, a fuse blew (3.6 amp H 250v).

I'm on my way to town to buy new fuses but I'm not hopeful.

What am I doing wrong? It's quality equipment! Any help would be appreciated.
