Wood ceiling assemblies for high IIC/STC ratings

Hi,

I'm trying to make the best soundproof rooms I can with limited space. What construction would you all recommend I do given that the current ceiling joist framing is 2"x8"?

I was going to do the following layering

- Vinyl Plank with thick padding (7mm thick)
- Floor muffler underlayment (1mm)
- 1/2 plywood
- Green Glue
- 1/2 plywood
- 2"x8" joists 16" o.c. spacing
- Rockwool
- RSC
- Quietrock 510/530

Any thoughts on what the IIC/STC rating might look like for that assembly, and any suggestions to improve it, given that the joists can't be changed?
