Rec for low-cost decent cassette player?

Looking for an affordable cassette deck for digitizing a lot of old cassette recordings. Figured I might get a new one for less than the cost of repairing my old Tascam 122 Mk III.

Pretty much all the consumer decks online are dual-transport and I don't need that. I don't even need record capability.

Also I note that the new decks I've seen don't mention Dolby. Is that no longer a thing on cassettes?

I got a barely used Denon combo CD cassette player with balanced I/O on eBay for less than $40. I got a call from an old acquaintance the week it arrived and made quadruple that transferring cassettes for her.
