FrapTools USTA eurorack sequencer module

1 Attachment(s)
Just like all the FrapTools modules, this USTA is beautifully designed, and packs a ton of functions. All the parameters and deeper functions are easy to access through the center controls, surrounded by 16 encoders. The connections are off to the side, instead of next to the encoders. This makes for a very playable sequencer module.

And the demo video with a brief explanation of the main functions:

Love the design.

Very tempting kfhkh

I wonder: There are 16 tracks, organized as 4x4 (2 Gate 2 CV) which in my setup looks like a lot of wasted tracks. I need way more CV than Gate and would love to have, say, 2 Gate Tracks and assign 6 CV to one and 8 CV to the other. Or at least have tracks A+B for one voice (1 gate 7 CV) and C+D for the next.

Any chances this can be implemented in a future fw update? Or would the data format prevent that because of memory size or something (voltage 0-5V stored as 16-bit value vs gaet as binary on/off, 1 bit) ?

But even if not, there are still 8 tracks for CV, not a bad thing to have.

Yes I love the design as well. It is inviting to play.
At this moment, I don't know about a future update. The module is the complete production model.
Here's another video with a performance:
